Brazilian? Someone must be joking, this is quite sour, soft and almost perfectly balanced? And very sweet!
How can it grow in Brazil? all this beauty is in the coffee because it grows wild. The trees are soft as rubber. They are called the YogaTrees according to Marcos.
They are surrounded by the forest that protects the trees and prevent them from drying out. This is the closest you can get African coffee without leaving Brazil. Like Ethiopia's ancient trees, many are up to 90 years and they produce just as many berries as they wish!
