Las Delicias is operated by fourth generation coffee farmers. All coffee grows in the shade of other trees, which not only provides much-needed rest at a coffee trees - so the coffee fruit that ripen slowly - but also providing homes for birds, butterflies and insects. The plantation is part of a biological corridor that stretches from Mexico to Panama.
In addition to the variety Bourbon grows even Pacamara on the farm.

The coffee is creamy and sweet and the aftertaste have a hint of caramel. An elegant coffee with a character that is immediately captivating. Drink it as espresso or bistro.
