Overgrown coffee from Mormora Farm in the city Shakiso, Guji region in southern Ethiopia.
A coffee that smells of strawberry, peach, pineapple, resin and something that feels a bit over ripe and fermented, it can be cloudberry...hmm?
Regardless, fermented berries that are wrapped in layers of creamy vanilla ice cream. It is irresistibly flattering and completely outside the boundary of what is usually considered to be okay in the specialty coffee circles.
But ignore any of it, just brew, drink and enjoy.
