A constant favorite from the Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is grown according to ancient methods without chemical pesticides and harvested by hand.
The character of the beans from Yirgacheffe is an intense aroma of citrus and bergamot.
Although it does not come with any certificates when we buy this coffee, it is 100% organic.
Drink it as brewed coffee, but also as espresso or a cappuccino. Then the hint of citrus is at a maximum.
